Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
House consider the Senate message (page 1004) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 87(FIN)                                                                                               
    "An Act relating to the governing board and duties of the special                                                           
    education service agency; relating to allocations to the special                                                            
    education service agency; extending the special education service

Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                 
amendment to CSHB 87(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 87(EDC),
